Effective September 29, 2026. These terms describe use of the public Ground Rule Systems website and its ROADIE informational pages and contact form.
What this website offers
ROADIE is under development. This website provides information about our plans and a way to contact us. It does not provide a ROADIE download, account, paid subscription, device scan, repair service or security monitoring. Descriptions of features, timing and future services are goals that may change; they are not a promise that a feature will be released.
These terms do not govern any future ROADIE software or beta test. If we invite people to test software, we will provide separate terms and information before participation.
Contact and beta interest
You may use the contact form or email us with questions and beta interest. Sending a message does not enroll you in a beta or guarantee an invitation. Please provide accurate contact information and do not send passwords, device diagnostics, sensitive personal information or files. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle inquiries.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not try to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the website or contact endpoint, send malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the form for spam or abusive messages. We may restrict abusive use to protect the website and other visitors.
Site content and availability
The ROADIE and Ground Rule Systems names, site text, artwork and design belong to Ground Rule Systems or their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to the public pages for ordinary personal or business information; these terms do not grant a license to ROADIE software or permission to reuse our branding or artwork.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may change or be interrupted. Do not rely on descriptions of an unreleased product to make device security, repair or recovery decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or accuracy. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
