This notice covers the public ROADIE informational website, not a future desktop beta or account service.
Device data and browsing
This site does not collect device diagnostics, run scans, install software or request device uploads.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, including page visits, referral sources and interactions with public pages. The Google tag sends website usage and technical browser information to Google and may use cookies to distinguish visits. We use the resulting reports to improve the website and understand interest in ROADIE.
Our website tag disables Google signals and advertising personalization. We do not configure analytics events to collect contact-form contents, names, email addresses or PC diagnostic readings. Browser privacy controls, cookie restrictions and tracking blockers may limit measurement. Google Analytics data practices are separate from the handling of contact inquiries described below.
When hosted, the hosting service necessarily processes request information, such as IP address and requested page, to deliver the site and support service security. Hosting log settings and retention must be confirmed before publication.
Contact inquiries
If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you enter through an AWS form endpoint and email service. We use them to respond and discuss beta interest. We do not ask for device logs, credentials or sensitive information. The form checks for automated submissions and does not use an inquiry database. If you email us directly, your email provider and Ground Rule Systems’ email service process that message.
Beta updates
If you sign up on the beta page, we receive your name, email address and the consent statement you choose to submit through the same AWS endpoint. A dated email containing that request goes to our support mailbox; there is no separate mailing-list database on this site. We use this information to plan beta invitations and send ROADIE beta and development updates you requested. Contact support@groundrulesystems.com at any time to stop these emails or ask us to delete your signup message. We will remove your address from future ROADIE beta update lists.
Contact us at that address to ask about an inquiry or request its deletion from our mailbox. Form delivery logs record only delivery outcome, with a configured 14-day retention. No compliance certification or automatic deletion schedule is claimed.
Future services
Any future software, account or device-data service requires its own disclosed practices before use. This site does not activate those services.
